Enjoy in-room dining, local restaurants and island nightlife

Your island home comes with a complete kitchen, giving you the option to prepare meals to your liking and on your own timetable.

However, if you only want to venture into your kitchen for ice cubes, you can eat out. Enjoy lunch and dinner at the Captain’s Table poolside restaurant, just steps from your door. You can also request dinner to be served on your terrace overlooking the sea, or on our white sand beach.

Become a temporary local by dining at island-fare restaurants. Conch fritters, grilled lobster, turtle stew, catch of the day, barbecue pork, jerk chicken, rice and beans, and Brac lime pie are Caymanian classics.

Jump into our island nightlife—parties erupt on weekend nights, and karaoke is a bar-side favorite.

Prefer something more laid back? Cap off your evening by taking a bottle of wine to the end of the Carib Sands dock, and look for shooting stars while the sea quietly laps against the reef.

Laid-back reservations and dress code

Restaurant reservations aren’t necessary; however, it’s important to know who is open each day and the catch of the day. Kathy in our office will guide you in your restaurant selection and make inquiries on your
behalf.

Laid-back living includes very casual dress—a weekend shirt, shorts and sandals are all you need for going out.
