Deposit and Cancellation Policies

• Credit cards accepted – VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, and Discover
• 25% deposit due at time of reservation
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
• If the reservation is canceled 30+ days prior to the date of arrival: Full refund
• If the reservation is canceled within 15 to 29 days prior to the date of arrival: Full refund less 50% deposit
• If the reservation is canceled within 8 to 14 days prior to the date of arrival: Deposit fortified
• If the reservation is canceled within 7 days or less: No refund
